Goods Lift, with maximum working load 500kg, fully enclosed in a self supporting mesh shaft. The platform will be increased to 1350mm x 1600mm to accommodate clients request for loading a pallet or 4 trolleys (additional support bracing added), guarded 900mm high on two sides to suit the load through car arrangement. The platform will also accommodate 2 chain latches to hold in place the trolleys while the lift is in operation. At the entrance to the lift at each level there will be 2000mm clear height gates which will be fitted with heavy duty electrical interlocks to prevent the gates from being opened unless the platform is docked at the appropriate level. There will be a fixed ramp at the lower level to assist loading on to the 50mm deep platform. A 1.5 kW, 3-phase and neutral supply is required terminated in an isolator at a position to be agreed at ground level. Control is via hold to run buttons adjacent to each gate. Lift speed is approximately 0.5 m/s. |
